“The staff here genuinely makes a difference, often described as exceptional and consistently friendly. While the rooms are noted as clean with comfortable beds, a recurring theme points to issues with the pool's temperature and the hot tub's functionality and cleanliness, which detracts from the overall guest experience. Nevertheless, the value is considered good, particularly with a well-regarded breakfast selection.”
